The employees of the Institute of Energy and Fuel  Processing Technology are a big family, where the younger generations acquire skills and knowledge under the wings of experienced employees.
Our employees are specialists in many fields, from chemistry to chemical engineering, process engineering, power engineering, cokemaking to thermal processing of fuels and waste.
We place special emphasis on the continuous development of skills and the acquisition of practical experience, which enable our employees to develop professionally. The Institute’s employees constantly improve their qualifications by participating in numerous postgraduate studies, training courses, seminars and conferences, priming and developing their own competencies translating this into dynamic development of the Institute.
