HESS PROJECT MEETING – PRESENTATION OF WP.2., WP3., WP4  RESULTS

On April 24, 2024, a meeting of the project “Hybrid energy storage system using post-mining infrastructure” was held at the leader’s headquarters – ITPE. Representatives of all project partners took part: Silesian University of Technology, KOMAG Institute of Mining Technology, VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Premogovnik Velenje d.o.o. from Slovenia and the Institute of Energy and Fuel Processing Technology (ITPE). The main objective of the meeting was to discuss the results of the work received within WP.2. with particular emphasis on achieving the milestone MS.1. Identification of mine shafts and water reservoirs. The progress of work within the implemented work packages: WP3, WP4, WP5 was also presented during the meeting.
